Angelina – Blonde or Brunette?
Gorgeous husband, brood of adorable children, glittering movie career – is there anything about Angelina Jolie’s life that we wouldn’t want for our own? Jealousy aside, all eyes are on Angelina again as her latest movie Salt brings in millions at the Box Office.
The thriller tells the story of Evelyn Salt, who goes on the run after being accused of being a Russian sleeper spy out to assassinate the president. Rave reviews have dominated the movie industry for the past few weeks, but the beauty industry is far more interested in reviewing Angelina’s hair colour!
As Angelina switches between blonde and brunette straight-fringed wigs, we can’t help but compare the two looks.
It is certainly different, and at a first glance the lighter shade seems to leave her looking pale, but the more we see Angelina as a blonde the more we like it. Being a blonde gives Angelina a softer look, and the key to maintaining a colour like this is condition to prevent the colour looking dull. If you want to go blonde, try Palette 200 in Light Natural Blonde.
Dark, glossy locks are the crowning glory of Angelina’s signature look and we have to admit that we think this shade is better suited to her complexion. Her green eyes stand out against her contrasting dark hair, especially with the framing fringe. To try out this look for yourself, go for Palette 800 Dark Brown.
Rumour has it that the lead character was meant to be called Edwin Salt, and that producers had Tom Cruise lined up for the role. Hmm we’re not so sure that Tom would suit being a blonde though…
So tell us, do you prefer Angelina as a blonde bombshell or a sultry brunette?
