While everyone is still reeling from Gamu-gate and the other shock decisions on Sunday’s X Factor (Cheryl! What were you thinking?!), we’ve been having another debate in the office this week – what do you think of Storm Lee’s new look?

Every year we wait to see what makeovers the X factor stylists have subjected the finalists to, and from the glimpse we got on Sunday night there are some good and some…not so good.

We didn’t expect anything less than pouty glamour puss looks from the Girls category and we weren’t disappointed.  We were also glad to see that the stylists have finally persuaded Rebecca Ferguson to ditch the hairpiece – that scraped back hair looked painful.

The Boys look, dare we say it, even poutier than the Girls and they are sporting some seriously coiffed quiffs!

There is no doubt though that Storm Lee (a name that was MADE for the X factor voiceover guy to bellow out!) has undergone the biggest transformation though.  His new red locks really jump out at you, and we have all seen that Storm definitely has the confidence and stage presence to pull off this dramatic new look.

Now though, Twitter is buzzing with jokes about how Storm looks like the lovechild of Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne…

We have to say, we kind of agree!  Sorry Storm –you may have the X Factor, but not the XXL Factor!
